Donations from Viktor Khmil, a brilliant painter
A little bit of the Ouray International Festival so far!
One of our members, Viktor Khmil, a brilliant painter, has had his paintings installed in the Ouray Wright Opera House, ready for display at the International Film Festival.
Viktor has decided that all proceeds made from his sales will be donated to Ukraine.
