Members of the Colorado State Senate honored Ukrainians of Colorado

Today, Ukrainians of Colorado were welcomed to join the Colorado State Senate Congressional Meeting here at the state Capitol building in Denver, Colorado.

Members of the Senate spoke on the one year mark of the war, and honored our organization for all of the work we do, as well as others. The organizations honored were:

• Ukrainians of Colorado

• Pallets for Ukraine

• Power for Ukraine

Members of the Senate also spoke on the fact that the Ukrainian people have shown the world the true meaning of resiliency, and that we are holding a standard for the entire world to follow. Together as a nation we cannot allow Russia to win, and we are an example to follow. They have expressed their support will continue, and we thank them for that for we could not all collectively do what we do without national support. Many members spoke on behalf of all Ukrainians today on the fact that we are not alone in this war against Ukraine, and we feel that truth.

We thank the Senate for speaking on the honor, strength, and resiliency Ukraine and the Ukrainian people have. They have expressed their undoubted support and continuous support for Ukraine and it’s people, and the work that we need to continue to do.

Thank you again, Colorado State Senate, for supporting Ukraine and our organizations.

Together, we will be victorious.
