This year at Ukrainians of Colorado’s Ukrainian Christmas Market, on Sunday, December 8th, we have a special class up for grabs!
Mulled wine! Members of our community, @dvadaite , will be teaching us the tricks and history of mulled wine! In this master class you will learn and be able to:
Choose wine for mulled wine
Add the right spices to the drink
Learn the history of the drink
Try different varieties of this New Year’s drink.
Tickets for the class are $25!
If you purchase a class ticket, you do not need an entrance ticket to our market!
A message from @dvadaite: “Since 2017, we, the Daite Dva project, have been brewing mulled wine every year at New Year’s fairs in Ukraine. For us, mulled wine in winter is not a drink, but something more than a Christmas tree We approach its production not as a work in progress, but as a work of art. Every year we try to invent something interesting: it concerns the serving of the drink, its shape (one year we made it in the form of jelly) and taste. We are very glad that we can take our cause to Colorado and teach others. See you at the annual Ukrainian market!

Our market will feature a variety of Ukrainian food, desserts, activities for kids, souvenirs, art and crafts sales. We will also have some classes available, and more information on that is to come!
